Criteria

To apply for the latest ASF Jobs 2024 you must meet one of the criteria.

Assistant Director (BPS-17)

• Minimum Qualification: Second Class or Grade ‘C Master’s Degree.

Physical Standard of Fitness:

• Minimum height 5′-6″ or 168 cm for male and 5’2″ or 157 cm for female.
• Minimum weight 106Lbs or 48.1 Kg for male and 45 Kg or 99.2 Lbs for female.
• Minimum male chest measurement 32¾” wide – 34¾”.
• Experience: Two (2) years post qualification experience in Civil Forces/Armed Forces Departments.
• Age Limit: 20-35 years.

However, the government can relax the upper age limit which is currently 5x years.

Inspector (BPS-16):

Minimum Qualification: Graduation

Physical Standard of Fitness:

Minimum Height: Male 5′-6″, Female 5’2″

Minimum Weight: Male 106 lbs or 48.1 kg, Female 45 kg

Minimum Chest Measurement for Men: 32¾” – 34¾”

Age Limit: 20-28 years (Government can relax by 5 years)

ASI (BPS-11):

• Minimum Qualifications: FA, FSC, or equivalent

Physical Standard of Fitness:

• Minimum Height: Male 5′-6″, Female 5’2″
• Minimum Weight: Male 106 lbs or 48.1 kg, Female 45 kg
• Minimum Chest Measurement for Men: 32¾” – 34¾”
• Age Limit: 18-25 years (Government can relax by 5 years)

Corporal (BPS-7):

• Minimum Qualification: Matric

Physical Standard of Fitness:

• Minimum Height: Male 5′-6″, Female 5’2″
• Minimum Weight: Male 106 lbs or 48.1 kg, Female 45 kg
• Minimum Chest Measurement for Men: 32¾” – 34¾”
• Age Limit: 18-25 years (Government can relax by 5 years)

Corporal Driver (BPS-5):

• Education: Matriculation + LTV/HTV License
• Age: 18-30 years

Stenotypist

• Education: Intermediate
• Age: 18-30 years
• Requirements: Minimum 40 WPS and Shorthand 80 WPS

UDC (Upper Divisional Clerk)

• Education: Intermediate
• Age: 18-30 years
• Requirements: Passed 6 months NITB course in IT and MS office.

LDC (Lower Divisional Clerk)

• Education: Matric
• Age: 18-30 years
• Requirements: Passed 6 Months NITB Course in IT & MS Office, Typing Speed: 30 WPS Min.

Nursing Assistant

• Education: Matric Science
• Age: 18-30 years
• Requirements: 1 year Nursing Diploma or Certificate with 2 years experience Typing Speed: 30 WPS Min.

MT Driver

Education: Matric Science

Age: 18-35 years

Requirements: 1 year Nursing Diploma or Certificate with 2 years experience Typing Speed: 30 WPS Min.

ASF Headquarters will conduct the examination for the posts of Assistant Sub-Inspector (BPS-11), Corporal (BPS-07) and other posts below BPS.

Physical, IQ, and written tests will be conducted at designated airports. The Departmental Selection Committee will prepare a merit list based on these tests, recommend eligible candidates for appointment. The Director General of ASF will order the appointments on the recommendations of the committee. Both men and women can apply.

Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) will conduct the examination for the posts of Assistant Director (BPS-17) and Inspector (BPS-16). The recruitment process involves an aptitude test followed by an interview of qualified candidates. Based on the recommendations of the FPSC, the competent authority issues appointment letters to the successful candidates.
